I ALWAYS BELIEVED THAT WHEN YOU FOLLOW YOUR HEART OR YOUR GUT, WHEN YOU  REALLY FOLLOW THE THINGS THAT FEEL GREAT TO YOU, YOU CAN NEVER LOSE,   BECAUSE SETTLING IS THE WORST FEELING IN THE WORLD.

I think that talented people really do have insecurities, and that is one of the things that kind of motivates them, because that's one thing they Know they're up on that stage, you can do no wrong, the audiences is yours; theyre there to see you.

Sometimes ideas are coming so fast that I have to stop doing one song to get another. But I don't forget the first one. If it works, it will always be there. It's like the truth: it will find you and lift you up. And if it ain't right, it will dissolve like sand on the beach.
