WORK HARD AND NEVER MAKE EXCUSES. I recently watched a Breakfast Club interview of him, and we definitely inspired. Smart man with a whole lot of business sense. He started his own basketball league, and they will be having their first game in Las Vegas next month. Pretty dope! Work hard!
Remember: Always walk in the light, and if you feel like you're not walking in it, go find it. love the light. Lately, my eyes have been opened more to how dark this world really is.. .especially the current state of this country. I always seek light and hope to be light in others lives. I don't understand why there's a constant battle between good and evil, light and dark. But light is what drives out hate...and we need more of that these days to balance out this cruel world.
I've been studying Ledisi for the past couple of weeks! It's refreshing hearing her story and hearing about her musical influences. I definitely hear all the styles and tones in her music.
I wanted to sell a million records, and i sold a million records. i wanted to go platinum; i went platinum. i've been working nonstop since i was 15. i don't even know how to chill out. When my time ends, i want people to say, 'man her music made me smile; it just enlightened my life; it inspired me; it made me feel good every time.' Ledisi is an amazing singer! I'm so glad I came across her jazzy voice several years ago, and have kept up with her music to this date! She recently released a new single titled "High" and I absolutely love it! She's found the perfect mesh of Jazz, Soul, and R&B.
I strongly believe that the more positive my vibration is, the clearer my message will be. I keep my negative thoughts from infiltrating my pathway and my dreams. Other people's thoughts are none of my business. |
